SHIPPING INFORMATION

PROCESS OF ORDERS AND SHIPPING:

Thank you very much for choosing to order from our boutique! Once we receive an order, we will do our best to process it as quick and efficient as possible. Our processing time is between 1-2 business days for standard shipping.

For priority shipping, orders should be placed before 1:00pm. Orders placed on a business day with the option of priority shipping, will be processed immediately and shipped out on the same day. 

Once an order is shipped, the customer will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number notice to the email that was provided to us at the time of their order.

Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm Eastern Time. We do not work on weekends. Any orders placed on a weekend day, will be processed on the following Monday. Thank you!

IMPORTANT! 

We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS.

SHIPPING METHODS:   

• We currently ship our orders through USPS   
• Orders over $100.00 have free shipping within the U.S  
• Standard shipping usually takes 2-5 business days  
• Priority shipping usually takes 1-3 business days  
• Shipping rate is calculated and available during checkout 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

• We currently ship our orders through USPS 
• Standard shipping usually takes 7-21 business days  
• Priority shipping usually takes 6-10 business days 
• Shipping rate is calculated and available during checkout 
• Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery is the sole responsibility of the receiving customer

NOTE: Prices are shown in US dollars. Please make sure to use our currency converter located on the top right side of our website, look for USD and click on the arrow that is pointing downward. Find and click on the country you reside in, and our website will automatically add the currency converter to the prices.
