RETURNS:
Customer satisfaction is very important to M&C boutique!
In the event that your purchase does not work for you, we will try our best to help make it better.
If you received a defective, incorrect, or missing item(s). Please contact us right away at Jazmin@modestyandclass.com
We will correct it as soon as possible!
Here is a simple run-down of the rules and procedures for returns:
- We do not offer refunds. However, we will offer a store credit which you can use towards a future purchase.
- Items must be returned within 7 days of the date you received your order to be eligible for a return.
- Discounted items and items purchased on promotion are not eligible for a return. They are Final Sale.
- Body suits are not eligible for a return. They are Final Sale.
- All items must be unworn, unwashed, with hang tags attached and in original packaging.
- Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping
Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect it for defects and/or signs of wear. If we detect that the item has been worn or damaged we reserve the right to deny your return.
Once we've determined your item is in good condition you will be emailed store credit information.
Please allow 5-7 business days for processing after we receive your return.
EXCHANGES:
Due to the fact that we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock when you are ready to exchange. We handle exchanges, as a return and rebuy method. Once we receive your return, we will send your store credit information to the email you provided. Once you receive it, hop online and order the item you want in exchange.

We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS.
